Mr. Patrick Tse

Director

Mr. Tse is founder of Uni-1 Corporate Services Limited since 2002 and has served as director since 2003. Mr. Tse has more than 30 years of experience in providing and handling listed corporate secretarial, compliance and corporate governance services to listed and unlisted corporations. Mr. Tse has experience in set up trust for shares scheme of listed companies and maintenance of the same. Mr. Tse is a fellow member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries) and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators). He is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, a Certified ESG Planner (CEP) of International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD). Mr. Tse is also holder of the Professional Diploma in Financial Planning of the School of Professional And Continuing Education of the University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Robert Siu

Director

Mr. Siu has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and executed over two hundred corporate finance projects including but not limited to initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&As), rights issues, open offers, placings, debt restructuring and general financial advisory cases. Mr. Siu has also assisted his clients in setup of family trusts during the IPO process and provided advice in relation to family succession for listed companies. Mr. Siu graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance). He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Mr. Siu is also the Certified Trust Practitioner (CTP) accredited by the Hong Kong Trustees’ Association and an executive council member of The Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA).
